1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lotomoji mobile game, lotomoji.com website, and related services provided by Sirius Labs. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review and agree to them with you. Lotomoji is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age for independent consent where you live.

2. Accounts and player names

You can play with a guest account and may link or sign in with Apple or Google where supported. You are responsible for access through your device and linked sign-in provider. Guest progress may be lost if you lose access to the device or local credentials; linking an account helps you restore it. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Choose a name you have the right to use. We may reject, reserve, change, or remove names that impersonate others, misuse a brand, are offensive, or interfere with the service. An account or name does not give you ownership of a username.

3. Playing fairly

Lotomoji offers solo play, matches with built-in bots, quick matches, and private rooms. Do not cheat, use unauthorized automation or modified clients, exploit errors, manipulate rewards or purchases, disrupt matches, harass others, or try to access another player's account. We may investigate suspected abuse and correct improperly awarded balances or results.

Lotomoji is entertainment. Coins, match results, and rewards cannot be cashed out or used for real-money gambling.

4. Coins, rewards, and cosmetics

The game may award coins and XP for eligible play, daily bonuses, account linking, and optional rewarded ads. Coins can unlock available cosmetic markers and avatars. Rewards, prices, eligibility, and item availability may change as we balance the game; the app shows current offers and requirements.

Coins and virtual items are a limited license for use inside Lotomoji. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are not a bank balance or property interest. We may correct errors, reversals, or fraud. Deleting an account removes its progress, coins, and items, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Purchases and advertising

Optional in-app purchases currently include coin packs and a permanent Remove Ads entitlement. Apple or Google handles checkout, pricing, taxes, payment, and any refund request under its rules and applicable law. Contact the relevant store for billing refunds; contact us if a validated purchase was not delivered. The app provides a Restore Purchases option for eligible permanent purchases.

Remove Ads removes automatic ads covered by that entitlement. Optional rewarded ads may remain available if you choose to watch them. Ad availability and rewards may vary, and a reward is granted only after the game verifies an eligible completed view. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available.

6. Our content and your license

The Lotomoji game, website, artwork, audio, software, and other materials belong to Sirius Labs or their respective licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment while you follow these terms. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or misuse our content, or reverse engineer the services except where applicable law permits it.

7. Service changes and account action

We may update game rules, rewards, features, or servers and may pause services for maintenance or security. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but network and platform services can be unavailable. We may restrict or suspend an account for a material violation, fraud, security risk, or unlawful activity, taking reasonable circumstances into account.

You can delete your account in Profile → Account data → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is removed and what limited records may remain.

8. Third-party services

Apple, Google, advertising providers, and other linked services have their own terms and policies. Their services and availability are outside our control. Your use of their sign-in, stores, and ad services may also be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We provide Lotomoji on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Sirius Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the game changes. We will post the new version and update the date above; for material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. If you continue using Lotomoji after revised terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
