Privacy Policy
Lotomoji by Sirius Labs
1. Scope and operator
Sirius Labs operates Lotomoji, its iOS and Android game, and the lotomoji.com website. This policy explains what information we handle when you play, visit the website, or contact us. The mobile game includes guest accounts, optional Apple or Google sign-in, solo and multiplayer matches, virtual rewards, purchases, ads, and optional reminders.
2. Information we handle
- Account and profile: Player ID, username and display name, chosen avatar and marker, account creation and last activity times, and linked Apple or Google account identifiers if you choose to sign in or link an account. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Gameplay and economy: Match participation and results, boards and moves needed for game integrity, XP, level, coins, daily rewards, owned cosmetics, leaderboard data, and reward or purchase history. Other players may see your game name, avatar, and match or leaderboard information.
- Purchases: Product identifiers, store transaction or verification data, and the resulting entitlement or coin grant. Apple and Google process payment details; we do not receive your full card number.
- Device and activity: Platform, app version, language, installation or push token where applicable, notification choices, feature and screen interactions, ad interactions, IP address, and approximate country or city inferred from network information. We do not request precise device location for this purpose.
- Diagnostics and support: Crash reports, error logs, performance information, device details, and information you send when asking for help. Diagnostics can include an account identifier or technical context; they are not necessarily anonymous.
- Website: Browser and device information, IP address, page visits, and information collected by website analytics tools, which may use cookies or similar browser storage.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate and restore accounts; run matches and leaderboards; deliver rewards, purchases, and optional notifications; show and measure ads; prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse; answer support requests; diagnose failures; and understand and improve game and website performance. We use information where needed to provide the service, for our legitimate operational interests, with your consent where required, or to meet legal obligations.
4. Ads, analytics, and privacy choices
The game may show banner ads, ads between matches, and optional rewarded ads. Our advertising partner and its providers may receive device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data to deliver, limit, and measure ads, subject to your choices and applicable law. Rewarded ads are optional; watching one may grant the advertised in-game reward after verification.
Where required, the app presents an ad consent form before requesting ads. If available for your region, you can reopen Ad privacy options in the app's Settings. You can also manage advertising choices in your device settings. We use analytics to measure app usage, game events, and website visits. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, although some website functions may be affected.
5. Notifications
If you enable notifications and grant device permission, we use a notification delivery service and your device's platform to send daily bonus and play reminders. We store the delivery token and your reminder choices to manage these messages. Turn reminders off in the app's Settings or change notification permission in your device settings.
6. When information is shared
We share data only as needed for the purposes described here, including with:
- Other players: Visible profile, match, and leaderboard details needed for play.
- Platform and service providers: Apple and Google for account sign-in, app distribution, purchases, notifications, advertising, and analytics, as applicable.
- Diagnostics providers: App crash, error, and performance information when reporting is enabled.
- Infrastructure providers: Hosting and delivery of our website, game servers, and support systems.
- Legal and safety purposes: When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect players, our services, or our rights.
We do not sell player account records to data brokers. Advertising providers may process data under their own policies; the choices described above apply to eligible ad processing.
7. Retention and account deletion
We keep account, gameplay, and purchase records while needed to operate your account and meet security, accounting, and legal needs. To delete your account in the app, open Profile → Account data → Delete account and confirm. You may also request help at [email protected]. Deletion removes your account and associated live profile data, including social links and notification registrations. Past match records may be retained without identifying your deleted profile so match history remains coherent. Store transaction records, security records, backups, and third-party records may remain where necessary or required by law; deleting the game account does not delete your Apple or Google account.
8. Your choices and requests
You can change your profile and notification choices in the app, use available ad privacy options, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your account before acting. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
9. Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections for the game and website. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate protections for those transfers.
10. Children
Lotomoji is family-friendly but is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age for independent consent where you live. We do not knowingly collect their personal information without any consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects your privacy, we will provide additional notice where required.
